Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Cancellation Right

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the item. You then have another 14 days to return the product after notifying us of cancellation.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Proof of purchase required

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened food or supplement products
• Items that have been used
• Damaged items caused by misuse.

However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
